A venture becomes “real” when it can reliably deliver value to customers, manage risk, and sustain operations—not when the idea sounds exciting. New venture planning and launch is therefore a structured build process: translating a validated opportunity into a coherent business model, assembling resources, designing operations, preparing a launch, and setting clear evidence thresholds for early traction and survival. Effective founders balance ambition with practicality by making justified decisions, testing critical assumptions, and building a plan that is internally consistent.
This course supports learners to move from validated opportunity to a launch-ready venture blueprint. Learners analyse the venture creation journey and the conditions that shape venture outcomes, then assess launch readiness feasibility across operational, financial survival and compliance dimensions. Learners develop a practical venture blueprint that integrates market logic, operating design, financial realism (cash flow, runway and break-even awareness), funding requirements, milestones and risk controls.
On completion, learners will be able to develop and present a coherent venture plan grounded in evidence, realistic assumptions, and clearly reasoned launch strategy.
