Description
Organisations improve when they can turn operational questions into evidence and evidence into action. This might involve investigating why customers are dissatisfied, checking whether a new process reduces cost, or assessing a service improvement before committing major resources. To do this well, learners need two connected skillsets: project delivery (how to plan, coordinate, manage risks and communicate progress) and basic evidence gathering (how to collect and interpret information responsibly).
This course provides a structured pathway to deliver a small-scale business improvement project from start to finish. Learners define a clear problem or opportunity, create a delivery plan with roles and controls, gather practical evidence (mainly from organisational documents and light-touch primary input where feasible), analyse results using foundation-level techniques, and present recommendations in professional formats.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to produce a complete Project Delivery & Improvement Pack that demonstrates planning discipline, credible evidence and a justified set of recommendations for a defined business context.
